The Kumbia & District Memorial School of Arts was built in 1922 as a memorial to soldiers from the district who served in the First World War.

The hall also honours servicemen and women who have served in subsequent conflicts and in peacekeeping operations. The Kumbia Hall is Kumbia's central meeting place, community function venue and place of honour for our veterans past, present & future.
